  • 1 lb (about 450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
